Not adjustable,
The description says that these are adjustable in three different places: the sleeves, the hood and the tail end. The hood adjusts, but the sleeves would only adjust if I rolled them up (not what I would consider “adjustable”). There is no adjustment around the tail end at all. I bought a small and a medium for my two Yorkies. The length is great, but they are so loose around the belly and legs. My dogs constantly pull their legs out of the sleeves and get all tangled up. Buy a jacket that adjusts around the belly. They also don’t have leg straps to keep them around their backside. Very disappointed, and I will be sending them back.
